In addition, families meet in groups that forge real bonds with other families. Prayer GroupsJosephite Associates: Betty FraserThis group follows in the footsteps of the Blessed Mary Mackillop (Blessed Mary of the Cross). Meetings are held one a month. Members also work in the community, taking Holy Communion to the sick and visiting the sick. El Shaddai - Catholic Charismatic Prayer Group: Linda ThurlowThe mission of the prayer group is to proclaim to the world: the greatness, faithfulness, power, goodness and love of God. The group meets 3 times a monthe on Saurday between 1-4pm. Lectio Devina: Carol BradfordThis is a reflective prayer group based on the scriptures. The group meet on the last Thursday of the month at 10.30am, in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel. Rosary Prayer Group This group meets every week, Tuesday to Friday after morning Mass to pray to Our Lady. |
